With the Extended Test, a detailed examination of the sense of smell can be carried out.

This olfactory test is developed for clinical use (ENT, neurology, psychiatry, internal medicine, etc.).

Consisting of threshold test, discrimination test and identification test.

Included in delivery:

The ODOFIN Taste Test 50 is a validated examination method for determining the ability to taste. It is used when testing whole-mouth tasting ability by placing the Taste Strips on the tongue and closing the mouth (the tongue can be moved by the patient). If there is interest in the gustatory sensitivity of certain areas of the tongue (e.g. side-separated testing), the mouth remains open and the strip only comes into contact with this area until the patient can give an answer.

This taste test was developed for the clinic (ENT, neurology, psychiatry, internal medicine, etc.) as well as for the practising ENT doctor, neurologist or general practitioner.

The sense of smell can be improved in many people and patients with the smell sticks of the Odor Quartet.
According to current knowledge, the effect of olfactory training is based both on stimulation of the olfactory mucosa in the nose and on an improvement of the sensory impressions in the brain.

The Odour Quartet consists of 4 ODOFIN sticks which release different scents:
Lemon, Rose, Clove and Eucalyptus.
